Papillon Cellars - The Loft Hotel - Mariposa

Had a fantastic Easter weekend in a luxurious accommodation near Yosemite. Loved the two fun-filled and tech-savvy amenities offered. Great location with a pleasant one-hour drive to Yosemite during which we enjoyed the scenic vistas. The best part was the personalized attention we received from the hosts; Thanks, Kim and Lou, for ensuring we had an amazing stay.

We had to keep our GPS maps on since there's no cell coverage once we left.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place in Mariposa! The hosts were so attentive and the room was clean and well-taken care of. I loved having a toaster oven and hot pad for cooking, along with a micro and a decent sized small fridge. The outdoor deck with a propane grill was perfect for enjoying the sunset each evening. And the location, although a bit of a drive to Yosemite, was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway.

The view from the room was great, and the bed was comfy. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine in the room upon arrival. the location was good with easy access to the nearby town and plenty of hiking trails. We were able to enjoy some quality time together by the fireplace which was fantastic.

There was no Christmas vibe or decorations anywhere around the property. We were hoping for a festive atmosphere to get us in the holiday spirit.

The facilities were excellent - I particularly enjoyed the grill and outdoor seating area. The room was well-equipped with a micro and fridge. It was super tidy and had helpful amenities like WiFi and a big screen TV. The location is ideal, with great views and peace and quiet. I also appreciated the attentive and polite staff.

All was good.

Nested in the midst of awe, inspiring natural vistas, this studio apartment, style hotel offers guests a serene and relaxing stay. the room is spotless, well, equipped with kitchen gadgets such as a toaster oven and hot plate, and decorated with charming and unique accents. A fire pit on the outdoor balcony and a propane grill make dining at sunset more enjoyable. the hosts are attentive and accommodating.

The location is relatively far from Yosemite National Park, requiring travelers to have a car and drive for about an hour.
